Your job will be to:

– Take/confirm orders

– Create/source content

– Engage the community

– Send confirmed orders to our delivery partners for delivery

– Facilitate receiving payment from customers upon delivery

– Track orders from when the order is placed to when the customer receives the product

– Keep an accurate record of business activities and payments. Using tools that will be provided

 

Base salary 30k/mo. With option to extend to 70k/mo.

Have you ever been attended to by someone that you just feel like they should take all your money?

Have you ever met or seen someone that just has this naturally likeable aura? Someone that kind of just vibes with everyone

That’s who I’m looking for. For this role of WhatsApp Community Manager.

Someone that can relate well with people.

I don’t want someone that will come and be chatting like a robot with customers.

Doesn’t mean that you won’t be professional. But don’t be a robot.

I don’t want someone that will hear “I’ll get back to you” and just say “okay”

Without trying to diagnose and see how they can close that deal regardless.

I need someone that is resilient.

Your primary job is pretty simple.

Call those who have placed orders and confirm that they are ready to receive their package.

But it goes beyond that.

If all I needed was an order taker I’ll just have the dispatch rider call them.

Doesn’t take more than 10 seconds to say “hello we’re sending out your order now”

But here’s what I want us to accomplish…

After the call and following up to see they receive their order

You get them to save the number.

You build a community on WhatsApp – an engaged one.

You source content related to the niche. Or just interactive topics.

You foster the relationships.

And before you know it they start ordering more products.

You become the go-to guy for products in that niche. You become the plug.

Not just because you have the products. But because you have a relationship with them.

You move from order taker to community builder.

You graduate from having sales to having repeat customers to having brand advocates.

And that’s the goal here.

To build something sustainable that will stand the test of time.

To have 1,000 true fans of the brand. Buying and recommending over and over.

So it’s a long term journey.

But I will be blunt with you. 

If you don’t do the job well, I will fire you on day 1.

And if you’re good enough, you will get rewards, bonuses, and promotions.

And by default I would teach you things I know about business over time too.

Base salary is 30k/mo

Airtime for calls and data will be provided.

And for every week you have a conversion rate of 80% or more, you get a 10k bonus.

If you do that for 4 weeks, that 40k. Plus your base 30k.

Means you could be walking home with 70k/mo.

By 80% conversion rate here’s what I mean:

8 out of every 10 people that order, get and pay for their package.

Not that you’ll be lazy and won’t call people that place orders.

Or won’t follow up with them or the logistics company handling the delivery.

If 100 orders come in a week and 80 of those receive and pay, you’ve hit your weekly bonus.

And the better you do the job of making them repeat customers, the more extra rewards you’ll get.

For this role:

I need results. Simple.

So I’ll prefer someone that is good over someone that is learning or trying to learn.

And if you’re really good, I’ll willing to revise the base salary up to 50 or 70k.

But I also know that there are some beginners that will beat some experts.

Just because they have more determination and will power.
