Know someone that’s got time and down to work?

Might have something for the person. It’s essentially a customer service rep.

Salary 20-30k/mo. The person will be working from home.

The person goes through our WhatsApp group chats daily to see when successful deliveries have been made

Then calls the customers to thank them. That’s all

We can up to 50 of that in a day. Some days 5. Some days 50.

² This part is secondary but…

My preference will be for the calls to be made on loudspeaker and the call recorded

Then after a really good call you ask the customer if they’re okay with the video being posted

If we get one of those daily for social media that’ll go a long way

If the call was just ordinary – video deleted. On to the next

If the call was great:
– ask customer for permission to post
– post on IG/Tiktok
– delete video (so it doesn’t take up space on phone)

The primary thing is the call though. That’s why I’m not so particular about the video part

And how good the rep is too. Because you know some people are better at getting people talking

That’s why my ultimate preference will be a people’s person.
