Pictures of good looking restaurants leave us with the feeling of wanting to visit someday. Not the food. The appearance. Appearance governs perceived value and everyone want to be associated with things (and people) of high value.
But if you go to the beautiful restaurant and their food is bad would you go again? No? I thought as much. Getting people to want to meet you is one thing; getting them to keep in touch with you is another. Work on your content. The era of beauty without brains has not passed. It just simply never existed.
Don’t forget EQ too! The restaurant’s appearance and food might be amazing but having bad customer service is enough to put anyone off.
I don’t know if you’ve noticed it too but a lot of people in our parent’s generation treat people like shit and it seems to be a norm for them. Well, gone are those days. It’s no more allowed to have low emotional intelligence.
